Getting started with EnvoiOK.

Merge, split, rotate, reorder, or delete pages by drag-and-drop.

1. Open one or more PDFs — their thumbnails appear in the side panel.
2. Drag thumbnails to reorder, or right-click to rotate/delete a page.
3. To merge, drag pages from one document into another. To split, select a page range then "Extract."
4. Changes stay in memory — use Save As to write the result to disk. The original file is never modified.

Shrink an oversized PDF without re-scanning everything.

1. Open the PDF, then the Compress panel.
2. Pick a level (image quality / downsampling) — an estimated size preview appears.
3. Run compression: it runs in the background (the app stays usable), downsampling images and subsetting embedded fonts.
4. Save the result under a new name, or overwrite a working copy.

Convert .docx / .odt / .pptx to PDF.

1. From the app, choose Convert to PDF and pick your file.
2. If an office suite (LibreOffice/Office) is installed locally, conversion happens on your machine — nothing is sent anywhere.
3. Otherwise, the app can use server-assisted conversion (with your consent): the file is processed then deleted immediately, never retained.

PAdES-B-B electronic signatures with a qualified RFC-3161 timestamp.

1. Open the PDF to sign, then the Sign panel.
2. Select your certificate (your own — EnvoiOK doesn't provide one) and where the visible signature sits on the page.
3. Enable qualified timestamping if your authority offers it, then confirm: the signature is embedded directly in the PDF (PAdES).

Build an EN 16931 e-invoice with a guided wizard.

1. Open the New invoice wizard and fill in seller, buyer, line items, VAT and due date.
2. The structured EN 16931 XML is generated and automatically validated against the schematron.
3. The wizard produces a human-readable PDF/A-3 with the XML embedded — the hybrid Factur-X/EN 16931 format.
4. Check the preview, then export — the invoice stays a portable, standards-based PDF you can send anywhere.

Pre-fill your customers' and suppliers' identity.

1. In the invoice form, type the EU VAT number.
2. The app queries VIES (the EU VAT information exchange system) and pre-fills the business name and address where available.
3. Check the pre-filled fields before confirming — you can always correct them manually.
